Emergency Committee
The Emergency Committee is responsible for making decisions and deploying the protocol. It must know what steps to take, simulate events aiming to improve reflexes and be ready at all times. The Committee should be comprised of a small number of members. It targets the teams or support workers to be called upon in case of an exceptional event. The Committee is also responsible for creating a directory of support resources in the region and for drafting model press releases.

This person manages media and communications inside and outside the school.
